Barefoot Buttons

Barefoot Buttons was founded by Brett, a part time gigging musician who had a very real problem finding and engaging tiny pedal footswitches on stage. His need to solve this problem, and his background in machining, lead to the creation of the company, the original pedal footswitch topper.

Kickstarter

As Brett continued to play, fellow musicians often asked him about the buttons and wondered where they could get some. He realized that footswitch engagement was a problem experienced by all kinds of players. In 2015, the design of the buttons was perfected with expertise and care and the company launched on Kickstarter. There was an abundance of interest and support and the company soon after hit the market.
