Darkglass Alpha Omega Ultra V2 Aux In is the most versatile bass preamplifier we’ve designed: With its two distinct distortion circuits (Alpha and Omega), extremely high dynamic range, six-band active graphic EQ, dedicated headphone output and balanced direct output with switchable digital impulse-response cabinet emulation make for an incredibly complete tool for the modern bass player.

The pedal has 6 knobs and a graphic EQ section.The Blend knob mixes the clean input signal with the overdriven signal. The clean signal remains at unity gain while the volume of the overdriven signal is set by the Level knob, allowing for fine control of the blend ratio. The Drive knob sets the amount of saturation in the overdriven signal. The Mod knob mixes the 2 distortion circuits.

The Growl Switch sets the amount of low frequency content to saturate. The Bite Switch sets the amount of treble content to saturate. The graphic EQ section has a Master volume slider. The Bass Shelf slider boosts or cuts around 80 Hz with 12 dB. The mids have different sliders for 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1.5 kHz and 3 kHz. Each band can be boosted or cut with 12 dB. The Treble Shelf knob boosts or cuts 5 kHz with 12 dB.

The pedal is powered by a standard 9 volts power supply (sold separately).
