Free The Tone Tri Avatar TA-2H is a stereo, multi-dimensional chorus pedal with four signal paths for three chorus sounds and one dry signal.
This chorus is a next generation chorus pedal that can be use as a stereo unit , but also as a mono unit. In stereo operation the first phase of chorus sound is assigned to the L side, the second phase to the L+R sides, and the third phase to the R side. In mono operation all of the three phases are mixed together.
By mixing three independent chorus sounds this chorus adds more width and depth to its output and the result exceeds that which can be achieved by conventional stereo chorus pedals. Problems with usual chorus units such as unintentional pitch changes, sound images with blurred lower end, and noise have been solved by combining digital technologies and know-how. The result is a completely new chorus pedal that will amaze you!
The original TA-1H has four presets that can be used to save settings. This new TA-2H has significantly increased the number of presets to 128. In addition, the pedal uses the same AD/DA converter used in the Flight Time (digital delay). The result is a warmer mid-low range and a variety of sounds beyond conventional chorus pedals.
This pedal is powered by a standard 9 volts power supply (not included).
