Universal Audio Enigmatic ’82 ODS Amp is a pedal that brings the legendary tones of the rare Overdrive Special amplifiers to your pedalboard. With this pedal, you can summon the heavenly guitar sounds of iconic artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Mayer, Robben Ford, Joe Bonamassa, and Carlos Santana.

The pedal accurately emulates Overdrive Special amps spanning three decades, from the 1970s Santa Cruz designs to later iterations built in Los Angeles in the ’80s and ’90s. With the Enigmatic ’82, you have access to some of the most elusive guitar tones ever created.

With Jazz and Rock modes, you can switch between expressive lead tones and punchy rhythm and chord work. Additionally, the Custom mode allows you to build your own D-Style amp using classic and Skyliner tone stacks, HRM overdrive EQ, and more.

The pedal features nine classic mic/speaker pairings used on legendary recording sessions. With the UAFX app, you can find and save your favorite tones and explore artist presets crafted by the world’s top guitarists and Overdrive Special aficionados.
